TERMS & CONDITIONS – OICA INSTITUTE

1. Admission
2. Admission is granted as per eligibility criteria of the selected course. Students must submit correct documents at the time of admission.
3. Fees
4. Course fees must be paid on time. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. Attendance
6. Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must meet the minimum attendance requirement to appear for examinations.
7. Code of Conduct
8. Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior inside the institute premises.
9. Examinations & Certification
10. Students must follow all examination rules. Certificates will be issued only after successful course completion.
11. Use of Facilities
12. Institute property, including computers and lab equipment, must be used responsibly. Any damage may result in penalties.
13. Change in Schedule
14. OICA Institute reserves the right to change class timings, faculty, or course structure when necessary.
15. Data & Privacy
16. Student information will be handled according to the institute’s Privacy Policy.
17. Termination of Admission
18. The institute reserves the right to cancel admission in case of misconduct or violation of rules.
19. Acceptance
20. By taking admission, students agree to follow all the terms and conditions of OICA Institute.
