REFUND POLICY – OICA INSTITUTE

1. Fee Payment
2. All course fees must be paid in advance as per institute guidelines.
3. No Refund Policy
4. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including course discontinuation, absenteeism, or personal reasons.
5. Course Cancellation by Institute
6. If a course is canceled by OICA Institute due to unavoidable reasons, the paid fee may be refunded as per institute decision.
7. Admission Cancellation by Student
8. No refund will be provided if a student cancels admission after enrollment.
9. Transfer of Fees
10. Course fees are non-transferable to another student or course.
11. Special Cases
12. Any refund-related request will be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the institute management.
