REFUND POLICY – OICA INSTITUTE
- Fee Payment
- All course fees must be paid in advance as per institute guidelines.
- No Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including course discontinuation, absenteeism, or personal reasons.
- Course Cancellation by Institute
- If a course is canceled by OICA Institute due to unavoidable reasons, the paid fee may be refunded as per institute decision.
- Admission Cancellation by Student
- No refund will be provided if a student cancels admission after enrollment.
- Transfer of Fees
- Course fees are non-transferable to another student or course.
- Special Cases
- Any refund-related request will be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the institute management.
